A careful blend of 8 oak casks this rustic style ale is brewed with Pilsener, oats, wheat and rye malt then fermented with our house Saison yeast strain. Resting for a minimum of 6 months in oak the mixed culture microbes from the previous batches create additional layers of soft earthy funk, floral aromatics and citrus flavors.
100% naturally carbonated and 375ml bottle conditioned.
Available for pick-up ONLY at the taproom during normal business hours.
Pick-up orders will be held for 4 weeks from purchase date.
