Created with our friend Dany Prignon of Brasserie Fantôme.
This Saison-style ale is brewed with Tennessee 2-row barley & yellow corn, grapefruit zest, Kampot black peppercorns, honeysuckle and Xtra Riwaka and Nectaron hops.
Fermented with a blend of Yazoo and Fantôme beer, yeast plus brettanomyces. Aged in a single barrel that previously held Belgian lambic.
