From the "Natural Skies" of Tennessee this sour pale ale rests overnight in our coolship slowly inoculating with the environmental native wild yeast & bacteria of our area. Brewed with pilsner malt, raw wheat and whole leaf aged hops this blended beer evolves multiple years in oak casks. 

Available for pick-up ONLY at the taproom during normal business hours.
Pick-up orders will be held for 4 weeks from purchase date.
